We had a dusting of snow on Long Island which caused big traffic snarls which delayed our arrivval to Mass, as two major highways were closed.The snow, however was great for a first day of Advent where the nativity scene at my parent's home looks charming. It would be wonderful to have just a snowfall on Christmas Eve, without the road closings. Isabella always looks up to the sky for snow on Christmas Eve, just as I once did. Some things never change.
